Order

You can order easily on our website. When you find the product you need, you can add it to your cart, or click the “Add To Cart” button. You will be directed to the “Checkout” page. Fill in the form provided on the checkout page. Pay via Paypal or your Credit Card, which is located below or to the right if via the desktop. Once the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary will also be saved to your account.

You can also easily reorder afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on the order you previously made. After clicking the “reorder” button, the cart will open and you can change the quantity or product.

Your order will be processed in about 1-3 days. If it’s a holiday maybe it will be a little delayed 1-4 days. I hope you are patient waiting for your order.

Shipping

For shipping costs we use a flat rate system. For the United States, it will be much cheaper than Canada and countries outside the US. Apart from US and Canada Flat shipping rates are the same for various countries.

Your order is shipped from 5845 E Washington Ave, Fresno, California, United States. There are some that we send from vendors close to your country. For example, if you are from the UK, we will send your order through our vendor in Germany. To save shipping time to get to your place quickly.

Payments

You can pay for your order with your paypal account or stripe account, you can also use your credit card, google pay and apple pay.

Online credit card payments for active accounts are accepted using the Account Control Center’s secure Billing interface. SSL security is in place for this secure interface. Enter your credit card details by going to Update Credit Card. Future payments will be made using this credit card.

You can choose a payment method using paypal on the checkout page. You will be directed to the paypal login page and please pay.

Returns

We will not accept orders returned without prior notice. Refunds for returned orders will be returned in the form of the payment method you made at the time of product purchase. Please note that shipping charges and express delivery fees are non-refundable. Any discount applied with minimum purchase requirements may not apply after deletion of in-order products.
